We optimised onboarding and people development
NOVO NORDISK
The medical company wanted to optimise a two day learning course for nurses but wanted to keep the physical meetings with the nurses to create a connection that would last. With a customised blended learning program we ensured the client the best of both worlds by adding online pre-studies and individual follow-up from a Novo Nordisk consultant.
KOMPONENT
We digitalised a program consisting of three phases combining digital learning, live Q&A’s, and physical meetings and workshops.
By doing it on-demand, flexible, and engaging it’s a perfect solution for quick and effective implementation across multiple locations.
Digitalising a learning program meant that daycare providers could watch the material from home. They could even watch it during work breaks or when they’d put children to sleep and have room for it.
Each daycare provider will also have a study buddy that can be used for discussion and knowledge sharing after each digital module.
