The Challenge
KL wanted to strengthen daycare providers’ professional skills while acknowledging the realities of their work.
Traditional training formats were not a viable solution. Daycare providers often have limited flexibility for scheduled courses or long learning sessions.
The task was therefore clear: create a program that felt relevant, practical, and accessible–without adding pressure to already busy workdays.
Our Approach
Virtio developed a 20-episode digital learning program designed around the rhythm of daycare providers’ everyday work.
Each episode was produced in documentary format, combining authentic footage from daily practice with expert insights.
The episodes were structured to support reflection, peer recognition, and practical application, allowing daycare providers to see their own work reflected and elevated.
Rather than separating learning from practice, the program integrated the two.
