DIF wanted to elevate coaching development nationally and make it clear that coaches are valued and supported.
The scale alone was significant: up to 200,000 coaches across disciplines and levels.
The task was to design a digital learning experience that strengthened skills and encouraged reflection, without feeling generic or disconnected from everyday life in clubs across Denmark.
We designed “Trænerløftet” with the coach at the center. The program combines peer-to-peer perspectives, expert input, and interactive elements grounded in real coaching situations.
Video storytelling, dilemma-based games, and reflection tools ensure that learning connects directly to daily practice.
Rather than delivering one-way content, the program invites coaches to reflect on their role, compare experiences, and develop their own approach.
The goal was not only to teach, but to elevate the role of the coach.
